Graduation Day!!!

Ok, I've officially graduated from Melbourne University. Just when I thought that it will be a wonderful day, I'm wrong. It was raining + strong winds the whole day! My fragile umbrella couldn't take on the strong gust and went out of shape; it became a semi circle. Despite of that, my parents insisted that I should use the other half......

Finally managed to reach Union House in one piece. Quickly queue up to get our gown and got ready for some photos! The bad thing was that we have to run from place to place just to get some proper background for the pictures.

Damn.. I was wearing a black top... the two girls commented that I looked like a preacher.....
Nevertheless, the graduation is BORING! It's not that I expect some hoola hoop and grinder girls (like those from the David Letterman show) but they got some guy to go up and talk about his research in protein enzymes and microbiology for 45 mins is crazy. For the remainder of the time it's just clapping whenever a name is called. The only good part was when it's your turn to get that piece of paper and let others do the clapping.

Oh well, it's back to assignments and more assignments after the graduation day. *sigh*
